After Jonathan Saunders stepped down as creative director of his company, it was announced on December 8 that the company will be shutting down. Saunders left his position citing personal reasons and the company has decided to close the company. All orders from the Spring 2016 collection will be honored, but there will be no more from the company after that time.

“It is not a decision that I take lightly and I am eternally grateful to my team for all their hard work and dedication,” said Saunders. The designer will be able to retain the rights to his name and intellectual property belonging to the brand. A statement was released that Saunders and his investor and business partner, Eiesha Bharti Pasricha, split amicably and the decision to shut down the company was the best for the brand.
